Shipping policy

Thank you for your order. At this time, we do not ship items on Thursday, Fridays or Saturdays. Our Order records indicate the lost package rates skyrockets the closer we are to the weekend. 
All items purchased on these days will be shipped on our next business day. (Monday).

IF there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email not social media. Allow 2-3 business days for us to respond.

Your order will be shipped via the following guidelines : 

• Package shipments to withstand handling in different orientations.
• Use of dry ice and ice packs will keep products within the required temperature range.
• Use insulated foam containers with a minimum of 1-1/2" (4-cm)-thick walls.
• Bag perishable products that can melt or thaw, or shipments that contain liquid, using minimum 2-mil watertight plastic bags.
• Place foam containers inside sturdy outer containers.
