Because we sell seafood items, We do not offer refunds on any perishable items. No exceptions.
We automatically add ROUTE, a third party shipping protection purchase to all orders. If your order is lost, damaged or delayed in shipping, your items can only be refunded or reshipped by our third party company if shipping protection was purchased. If you removed the shipping protection, you understand we can not be held liable for items that are shipped without insurance.
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to cancel, your cancellation request must be completed within 24 hours by logging into your account (login information is automatically sent via email) and cancelling your order. After 24 hours this feature is no longer available on our website. If you purchased non perishable food items, like noodles or seasonings, please contact us for store credit where applicable.
